RETURN 

At KaraHub, we work hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a very straightforward return and exchange policy that makes the transaction smooth and stress-free in an unlikely event that makes you unhappy for any reason. 

If a product you receive from us is damaged or the size doesn't fit perfectly, you should apply for a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

Note: Return/Exchange for a custom design or custom size are not offered. Sale items are non-refundable

Return Details:

The Returning Item Must be: Unused, unworn and in its original condition (as received) with our brand tag attached to it.

Processing Time: Refunds/Returns or Exchanges will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping costs: The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR REPORTING REFUND

Damaged or Defective Item

We make sure to dispatch your product in our secure and branded packaging. However, if you received a damaged or defective item that may have been damaged during the transit, make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can inspect the product and initiate your refund.

Change Of Mind

We do not cater returns for change of mind.

Size Issue

If you received a parcel and it’s not your perfect fit then don't hesitate to ask for an exchange. But if you received your perfect size then will not be able to make a return or exchange. RETURN REPORTING PROCESS

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@karahub.com to request a refund/return or exchange.
  2. Specify the item with order ID or email from which you placed the order and also attach the picture of any issue you face. For size issues, kindly visit our size guide page. 
  3. Pack your item in its original packaging with our brand tag attached to it, attach the return label and ship it. 
  4. Once we receive your item, we will inspect and confirm it. After that, we will process and ship your new item within 5 to 8 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Please thoroughly check your account to see if the refund has already been credited. In some cases, for credit card payments, the company may withhold the refund credit amount/fund before it is officially posted to your account. Next, contact your bank in case you don’t see the refund. There could be processing time before a refund is posted, they can also assist you with any troubleshooting or delay problems.
