Shipping Time Frame

Standard Orders

Standard orders will ship within 5 to 8 business days after processing.

Express Shipping

For those needing an urgent delivery, we do have an express shipping service that can have your order out the door within 2 to 4 business days. 

There is an additional charge for 20$ on express shipping, within and outside the US. 

Custom Orders

As we are committed to quality, there is a mandatory 8-12 business day production time for custom orders. In some cases, it may take a little longer because of the complexity of an order. These processing times are in addition to the actual shipping time, so you should plan for an extra 2 to 4 business days post-processing.

Track Your Order

Tracking details will be sent to you via email once the item is processed for shipping. This helped you keep an eye on your order status. 

You can also be updated on your order status like (”Confirmed”, “Processing”, “Shipped”, “Out for delivery”), through our order tracking page or contact our customer service team at info@karahub.com

Courier/Address Guidelines            

We request you to mention a physical address when placing orders. We use the most highly operational courier services (FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS) which are known to deliver products on time. These services do not deliver parcels to P.O. boxes, so kindly mention your accurate physical. Orders with accurate physical addresses will be served without delay and are expected to reach you within our timeline. 

Kindly note that orders to certain remote locations may result in extra delivery time. Our courier may add a $30 surcharge to cover additional costs in such cases.

What If I received a Defective/Damaged Parcel?

To ensure flawless delivery of your product, we deliver products in our branded packaging. If your product gets damaged during transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible through info@karahub.com

Kindly take a picture when you receive a damaged or defective product. For a smooth refund application, don't forget to send us the picture.

We ship globally. Estimated time for regular delivery is 5 to 8 days where by expressing shipping you may receive your parcel within 2 to 4 days.

Can I reschedule my order?

If you want to reschedule your order, you can contact our customer service within 24 hours via info@karahub.com. If the order is shipped then you need to contact the courier service delivering you and ask them to reschedule that for you. 

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping is free worldwide, but for a few countries you may have to pay your custom duties (VAT Charges) when checking out for an order.
